Packaging, Shipping, and Customs Duties

  • Art Protection (Steps 1-3):

To protect the surface of the original artwork, we carefully wrap it in high-quality acid-free paper. This prevents deterioration of the work during long-term storage.

  • Inclusion of Certificate and Bonuses (Step 4):

We include a Certificate of Authenticity proving the work is original, along with a thank-you card and a limited-edition postcard.

  • Double Waterproof and Moisture-Proof Measures (Step 5):

The artwork, placed in a transparent PP bag, is packed along with the documents into a sturdy waterproof zipper bag to thoroughly prevent water damage.

  • Reinforcement to Prevent Bending (Steps 6-8):

We securely sandwich the artwork between two high-strength cardboard sheets, reinforced with a 1.5mm thick backing board.

  • Complete Four-Side Sealing (Steps 9-10):

The four edges of the cardboard are firmly sealed with tape, creating a robust structure resistant to impact and bending during delivery.

  • Final Waterproof Outer Packaging & EMS Shipment (Step 11):

Finally, we wrap the entire exterior in a waterproof bag, attach the Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) label, and ship directly from our studio.

  • Domestic Shipping (Yu-Pack): [ Flat rate 1,700 JPY ]

As the basic fare for Yu-Pack was revised (increased) on October 2, 2026, we have increased the flat rate by 200 yen. We appreciate your understanding.
